Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District’s eighth anniversary Dog Daze Canine Festival and Costume Contest will be captivated 9-11 a.m. Oct. 1 at Aldergate Dog Park in Menifee.

The chargeless accident will accommodate contests, raffles and vendors. In the apparel contest, there will be trophies for Cutest, Scariest, Best and Judges’ Choice apparel and a new chic this year, Best Human/Pet costumes, in accordance to a account release.

The esplanade is at 28688 Aldergate Drive.
